Do not rely on others

Never rely on other people especially if they are close to you, whenever they don't pull through you get disappointed with them and most of all you get disappointed with yourself.

Experience: We tend to rely much on people we are chummy with.  I used to fall into this trap quite often.  

Whenever I rely totally on friends, and relatives to accomplish something that I would have accomplished faster and better.  These people, through no fault of theirs almost always let me down.

If you rely on other people to do stuff for you it only means you are lazy.  And when you are lazy you take away the fun of learning for yourself and always pass the blame for failure to the other person.
